only two things i can point out that might look off to me
1) i think his shoulders might be a little low,i think this is probably because you'r going for a more megaman x look and his chest piece is a little lower, but the way it is it kinda looks like.. i know he doesnt have muscles kinda, but looks like he has big traps. i think it'd look better if the shoulders were moved a little up
2) i think his hips look a little wide which look abit feminine, which might be because hes a character from mm zero. i think his thighs look good, its just his hips area where his torso and thighs connect on the right side that i think could use a little slimming down. or maybe make the torso abit wider - either would make him look a little more masculine, but the skinny torso and wide hips just gives it a feminine feel
i like the wings, good job on making them look mechanical and not silly like his original design, looks alot more cleaned up too. is he going to have anything in his hand held out, like a glowing orb or anything?

The blue bumps on the rerebrace/shoulder armor or whatever the term would be looks like the wings are kinda locked into the exoarmor or whatever.
I don't mean to echo necro and I'm not terribly familiar with the source material, but I think that would look cool.
