I also have a beef with mapquest but that hasn't been incorporated into the work yet.
It's not an rp, that would be insane. It's the series bible for the eventual dottle sitcom (the strange crap is partially explained by all of the posts people make)
The references to uzumaki and the lodges and hol or sharp mentioning "getting kicked out of a bar in philadelphia" come in some of the later episodes.
There's just a bunch of references implying "Division 14" (its not called dottle, its a fictional subdivision of the Defense Intelligence Agency) has encountered stuff and thats how it ties in every reference. "I don't wanna talk about it" is gonna be one of the catchphrases.
